On April 21, 2017, CC De Factorij officially opened its doors in the heart of Zaventem on the former site of the Suchard factory. This realization was a dream come true after 15 years. Ebtca and Archiles submitted the winning design, and the initial groundwork began in early 2014.

In 2018, CC De Factorij received the Publica Award for the best government project. A large concert and theater hall accommodates 679 spectators. For acoustic reasons, a shell-shaped theater hall was chosen, following the "box in a box" principle. The adopted seatmodel is our Livio model that has been customized to meet with all the clients requirements.
