Engineering & Project Manager

Once your project is awarded, we assign a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact. The project manager will expertly guide you through the process of designing, planning, and decision-making. They will direct our skilled engineers to create your design, supervise production, and ensure top-notch quality throughout the project. Rest assured, the project manager will oversee a seamless handover of the end result and provide comprehensive training for operating the seats. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Prototyping & Testing

At Jezet, we prioritize your satisfaction and a flawless outcome. To ensure your new design meets all requirements, our dedicated project manager initiates mock-ups or prototypes for final validation by your team. Our in-house designers, engineers, and production team collaborate closely to ensure adherence to standards and production processes. Before building the prototype, we hold an intake meeting to develop a seat that ticks all the boxes. Our designer creates a 3D render to visualize the result, and the prototype is meticulously crafted by our prototype builder to test comfort, aesthetics, and gain final approval before proceeding with production. Count on us to deliver top-notch quality and exceed your expectations.

Welding

In our facility, we house an exceptional welding department manned by a team of highly qualified welders, certified according to EN 287.1 and verified by TÜV (copies of certificates are available upon request). Their expertise ensures that every joint is flawlessly executed, guaranteeing the structural integrity and safety of our products. Notably, our retractable seating systems are meticulously welded to perfection, combining craftsmanship and precision engineering. This commitment to top-tier welding practices underscores our dedication to delivering reliable and innovative seating solutions.

Coating

At Jezet, we prioritize high-quality finishes for our steelwork, and all items undergo a powder coating process in our efficient production flow. Before coating, the steelwork is pre-treated through shot blasting to ensure excellent bonding of the coating. The coating is then cured in an oven at high temperatures, resulting in a durable, strong, and wear-resistant finish. Our standard is RAL 9005 black, but we also offer the option to coat in practically any color and a variety of textures to match your specific design preferences.

Woodshop

At our fully-equipped woodshop, we excel in processing various wood types, such as plywood, solid wood, veneers, and laminates, to create high-quality seat components and tribune coverings. With meticulous craftsmanship, we lacquer all exposed surfaces in our modern shop, offering a standard clear beech finish along with a variety of color options. Emphasizing sustainability, we source wood from FSC or equivalent certified sources, ensuring we cater to your preferences while considering environmental considerations.

Upholstery

Our upholstery shop incorporates a modeling department that collaborates with prototyping. Utilizing digital programming, the fabric is automatically cut based on the pre-programmed shapes. Our skilled stitchers assemble the cut fabric into covers, while our crafty upholsterers complete the upholstery process. Upholstery is an art requiring extensive experience, as our craftsmen handle various fabrics, foams, and shapes. Striking the perfect balance is crucial. Upholstering too tightly can cause discomfort, while being too loose may lead to loss of shape over time. With our experienced team, rest assured that every piece is crafted to perfection, ensuring ultimate comfort and long-lasting quality.

Pre-Assembly

At Jezet, we prioritize pre-assembly, where chairs and tribunes are meticulously put together as much as possible in our factory, driven by several key reasons. Firstly, the factory environment provides the ideal working conditions to deliver clean and high-quality craftsmanship. Secondly, conducting as much work in the factory proves more cost-effective compared to on-site operations. This approach empowers us to maintain continuous control over the process, ensuring a seamless and flawless outcome. With our dedication to perfection, you can trust that your seating solution will be delivered to perfection, meeting and exceeding your expectations.

Testing &
Quality Check

We place great emphasis on pre-assembly when constructing seats and tribunes. Firstly the environment provides an ideal setting for delivering clean, high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail. Secondly conducting most work in the factory proves more cost-effective than on-site operations. This enables us to maintain continuous control over the process, ensuring a seamless and flawless outcome. To facilitate thorough checks, we have built an extra-high assembly hall. Additionally we offer the option of conducting factory acceptance tests with clients before delivery.

Logistics

Logistics is an integral part of our process, and we tailor the packing of goods to suit the on-site facilities. Seats are grouped into collies that fit the entrance gate of the building. In specific cases, individual tribune components are modified to ensure safe entry. Our experienced expedition team secures goods on lorries and sea-containers, ensuring damage-free delivery. We also provide the necessary lifting equipment locally for unloading, ensuring a smooth and secure arrival at your venue.

Installation

Installation is handled by our skilled internal team, complemented by qualified local installers. Our chief installer takes charge of on-site logistics, ensuring the secure and damage-free delivery of goods into the facility. He directs the assembly process, offering guidance to the mechanics for a sturdy and safe setup. Thorough testing is then conducted to verify secure fastening, culminating in comprehensive trial runs to validate the flawless functioning of the system.

Commissioning & training

Under the guidance of our chief installer, dedicated end-users receive comprehensive training to proficiently operate the seating system. This training encompasses initial maintenance and repair protocols. Equipped with an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) guide, spare parts, and direct contact information for our after-sales team, operators are well-prepared for ongoing support whenever needed.

After-Sales support

Count on our dedicated team for any maintenance and support needs. Well-equipped with vehicles and tools, we ensure seamless servicing of your systems. We can offer preventive maintenance coupled with skills assessment for your local operating team. The head office service team collaborates with you to schedule suitable maintenance times. In urgent situations, our first-line online support resolves issues in over 99.9% of cases, while rare occurrences prompt us to swiftly organize on-site interventions for swift resolution.
